ONIRU BEACH, LAGOS NIGERIA

EVER BEEN TO ONIRU BEACH? YOU BETTER BE THERE!

Oniru beach is owned by Oniru royal family. It is a beautiful large beach that can simultaneously contain thousands of visitors. Though it is a private beach, it is meant for all (except criminals, don’t get me wrong lol). I can say it is a good sightseeing and relaxation place for anyone. There is also Moist Restaurant and Beach nightclub situated on the beach which I think is also part of the beach’s services. Oniru beach is located at No.1 Ligali Ayorinde Street, Eti-Osa 106104, Lagos and close to Ozumba Mbadiwe Highway that is consisting of multinational corporations and hotels. There is proper packing reserve outside the entrance and on the beach. Packing space cost 500 naira.

One can walk a little distance from Oniru beach to Civic Center, Oriental Hotel, Zenith Bank Headquarters etc. Seats (a bamboo table & two benches) at Oniru beach ranges from 6,000 naira to 10,000 (I think it’s quite expensive but it’s worth the fun though) and snacks/meals are expensive too. If you can’t afford it, you can go along with your mat or whatever that is convenient for your use on the sandy floor and you can also go along with your snacks/meals, yah!

Gate fee into Oniru beach cost 1,000 per person. Activities on the beach are dusk till dawn. This means you can visit the beach at night and have fun till morning or you can visit in the morning and have fun till morning. How exciting! I visited previously with mom, i can’t wait to visit again with some friends and this time it’s gonna be a bomb! Lol (I meant that). Oniru beach is damn too good for picnics!

I suggest you far pre-plan before you visit if you must have good fun at Oniru beach!

I’m outta here!
